I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you find the item not satisfactory for any reason, please contact me within five days of receipt to discuss.

I only issue refunds if there is an obvious fault with the item. A refund will only be issued once the item has arrived back at Alexas Boutique. If you find your item is too big/small I may be able to change for a different size depending on fabric availability, this only applies to ready made items. For made to order items I can instead offer to alter the item for you if required.

All of my items are handmade so some details, like shade of popper fastening for example, may be slightly different from the listing photos. However the general look and shape of the item will be the same.I'm sure you can appreciate that babies, children, and adults especially, come in a variety of sizes and shapes. My clothing is made based on average UK sizes and so you may find the item isn't quite a perfect fit. If in doubt about what size to order, please message me, I can offer a made to measure service, or measure out any ready made items for you before you buy.

I prefer to post items using the Royal mail Recorded delivery/Signed for service for UK sales, You can choose either standard or tracked shipping for outside of the UK.I keep all my proof of posting receipts - if your item hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of posting, please message me so we can take this matter up with the postal company to make a postage claim. I will not be held personally responsible for any items lost in the post however I will help with liasing with the postal company to track the item.

Items will be posted to the address on Paypal unless otherwise advised.
